They say first impressions are everything, and Southwest was my first choice for a house washing company. And I'm happy to say it was the right one. I've used Southwest for services such as gutter cleaning, a small deck cleaning, all the way up to a complete top to bottom home cleaning, and every time, I have been pleased with the experience. Charles is easy to communicate with and very friendly. Rather I had questions about what options were available, or what the process would be for the service requested, Charles has always willing to answer every question, and responds promptly. Also, during the Winter months, note that Southwest also does out door Christmas lights. Highly recommend this service as well. So do yourself a favor this year, and leave the outdoor work to the professionals at Southwest.

I had seen Charle's truck in our area a couple times and remembered the name, Southwest Pressure Washing. I called for gutter cleaning, soft washing the siding and window cleaning. He worked alone and did a fantastic job on all three. His pricing is affordable and I will definitely call him again for more pressure washing and related services as the need arises

Southwest did a great job on our home. We have a large 2 story older home it looked like we had a garden growing in our gutters, and we had one side of the house that was shaded and looked green. In one morning he had it looking great.
I plan on calling them next time it needs done.

Received a flyer in the mail and the advertising of a soft wash caught my eye. I've wanted to get my white gutters, soffits and wood trim around my roof line cleaned for a while but didn't like the idea of blasting it with a pressure washer. I have cleaned a few spots by hand myself but it's a lot of work and many difficult to reach places. I called SW Pressure Washing and requested a quote. It was an easy process and the quote came thru email. I set up my appointment thru email and they were working about 2 weeks out. The day of the appointment Charles came to my residence and spoke to my wife. He took the time to listen to her concerns and walked around the exterior of the home with her. She said he was very down-to-earth and easy to speak with. Overall the place looks great the gutters and soffits are very clean. The high spots on the gable end of my house seem to be no problem for Charles to reach and clean. He left no area uncleaned and I was worried about the stained gutters but they are bright white again. Thanks for a job well done from quote to work completion.

Bought my house about 3 months ago and it's a little over 10 years old and absolutely filthy. I had to work that day, I paid them in advance, since I would not be there when completed. After I came home, the home looked and smelled fantastic. They even cleaned the gutter blocks under the gutters spouts. I have two new construction homes being built on each side and mine looked like it had just been built. Great job! Highly recommend. Great value for your money.

I requested an estimate from their website; I was contacted almost immediately and received a written estimate within a couple hours. They arrived exactly when they said they would and did an excellent job on our fence, deck, and large concrete patio. When he got here, he confirmed the areas to be cleaned, moved the patio furniture, cleaned, and put everything back.

It's so nice when you have a job done and it's just done right! I highly recommend Southwest Pressure Washing and certainly will use them again!

I was impressed with the communication I shared with Charles Zimmerman of Southwest Power Washing. He scheduled a date, but heavy rain prevented the washing that day. However, Mr. Zimmerman contacted me immediately and rescheduled for later that week. I received a call the morning of the scheduled washing, advising me that the team was on their way. I was not home when they did the washing, but when I did come home, the mildew on the north side of the house was completely gone. Some stains remained on the siding, but I assumed those were not able to be completely removed. The fact that they offer a "soft" wash was why I chose them. They respected my property, because when I got home, there was no obvious evidence they had been there except my siding was now cleaner and brighter.
I would highly recommend them and will use them again.

My house had the usual mildew build up on the siding. Not only did Charles make the siding look new, I was amazed how much of a difference was made on the brick front! It's got to be two shades lighter! He also did my concrete driveway and got 18 year old concrete looking like the neighbors that was poured last year. I would definitely recommend Southwest Pressure Washing.
